(00:00:00) Your YouTube transcript will appear here (00:00:00) Even without doing any activity, you (00:00:03) [music] can still manifest what you want (00:00:05) if you organize these four dimensions (00:00:08) in [music] one direction and keep it (00:00:09) unwavering in that direction for a (00:00:11) certain period of time. Now, he believes (00:00:14) [music] Shiva will do it for him and it (00:00:15) will happen. So, is Shiva going to come (00:00:18) and [music] build your house? No. I want (00:00:20) you to understand God will not lift his (00:00:22) little finger for you. [music] (00:00:24) What has not happened till now on this (00:00:26) planet can happen tomorrow. Human beings (00:00:28) are capable of making it happen (00:00:30) tomorrow. (00:00:32) [music] (00:00:37) Everything we as human beings have (00:00:39) created [music] (00:00:41) on this planet (00:00:43) was essentially first created in [music] (00:00:45) our minds. (00:00:47) All that you see which is human work (00:00:50) [music] on this planet (00:00:53) first found expression in [music] the (00:00:56) mind then it got manifested in the (00:01:00) outside world. (00:01:02) The wonderful things that we have done (00:01:03) on this planet (00:01:05) and the horrible things that we have (00:01:07) done on this planet both have come from (00:01:09) the human mind. So if we are concerned (00:01:12) as to what we create in this world, it's (00:01:15) extremely important [music] that first (00:01:16) of all we learn to create the right (00:01:18) things in our mind. How we keep our (00:01:20) minds. If we do not have the power to (00:01:23) keep our minds the way we want it, (00:01:26) what we create in the world is also (00:01:28) going to be very accidental and hazard. (00:01:31) So learning to create our minds the way (00:01:33) we want is the basis of creating the (00:01:36) world the way we want. (00:01:38) There is a wonderful story in the yogic (00:01:40) lore. (00:01:41) On a certain day, a man took a walk. He (00:01:45) went for a long walk. Accidentally, (00:01:48) unawares, he walked into paradise. (00:01:51) Fortunate, isn't he? (00:01:55) He just took a walk and [music] he (00:01:57) landed up in paradise. (00:01:59) After this long walk, he felt little (00:02:03) tired. (00:02:05) So he thought, "Oh, I'm tired. I wish I (00:02:08) could rest somewhere." (00:02:11) He looked around [music] there. There (00:02:13) was a nice tree (00:02:15) underneath which there was very cushiony (00:02:18) grass. (00:02:20) So it was inviting. He went and put his (00:02:22) head down there and slept. (00:02:26) After a few hours, he woke up (00:02:30) well rested. And he thought, "Oh, I'm (00:02:32) well rested, but I'm feeling hungry. I (00:02:36) wish I had something to eat." (00:02:40) And he thought about all the nice things (00:02:42) that he ever wanted to eat in his life. (00:02:45) And instantly all those things appeared (00:02:48) in [music] front of him. You need to (00:02:49) understand there the services like that. (00:02:55) Hungry people don't ask questions. Food (00:02:58) came and he ate. (00:03:01) stomach became full. Then he thought, (00:03:04) "Oh, my stomach is full. I wish I had (00:03:07) something [music] to drink." (00:03:12) All the nice things that he ever wanted (00:03:14) to drink, he thought about it and all of (00:03:17) them just appeared in [music] front of (00:03:18) him. Drinking people also don't ask (00:03:21) questions. So he drank. (00:03:25) Now with a little bit of alcohol in him, (00:03:28) you know Charles Darvin told you all of (00:03:30) you were monkeys. Your tail fell away. (00:03:33) Not me. Charles Darin told you that you (00:03:36) were all monkeys and your tail fell away (00:03:38) and then you became human. Yes, (00:03:41) definitely the tail fell away. But the (00:03:43) monkey in yoga we always refer to an (00:03:47) unestablished mind (00:03:49) as markata which means a monkey. (00:03:52) Why we are referring to the mind as a (00:03:54) monkey is (00:03:57) what are the qualities of a monkey? One (00:04:00) thing about a monkey is its unnecessary (00:04:02) moment. (00:04:06) And another thing about the monkey is if (00:04:09) I say you're monkeying somebody, what (00:04:11) does it mean? Imitation. (00:04:14) Monkey and imitation have become (00:04:16) synonymous. (00:04:17) So these two essential qualities of a (00:04:20) monkey are very much the qualities of an (00:04:23) unestablished [music] mind. Unnecessary (00:04:25) moment (00:04:27) you don't have to learn it from the (00:04:29) monkey. You can teach it to the monkey (00:04:32) and imitation is full-time job of the (00:04:35) mind. (00:04:37) So when these two qualities are on a (00:04:39) mind is referred to as a monkey. So this (00:04:43) monkey became active within him. (00:04:46) He just looked around, thought, "What (00:04:48) the hell is happening here?" I asked for (00:04:51) food, food came. I asked for drink, (00:04:55) drink came. (00:04:58) There must be ghosts around here. (00:05:01) And ghosts came. (00:05:03) Oh, the ghosts have come. They're going (00:05:05) to surround me and torture me, he (00:05:06) thought. Immediately the ghosts (00:05:08) surrounded him and started torturing (00:05:10) him. (00:05:12) Then he started screaming in pain and (00:05:14) said, "Oh, they're going to kill me." (00:05:16) And he died. (00:05:18) Just now he said he he's a fortunate (00:05:20) being. (00:05:22) The problem is he was sitting under a (00:05:23) culp of ra or a wishing tree. (00:05:27) He asked for food, food came. He asked (00:05:29) for drink, drink came. He asked for (00:05:31) ghost, ghost came, he asked for torture, (00:05:33) torture came. He asked for death, death (00:05:35) happened. (00:05:37) Now don't go looking for these kalpa (00:05:40) rukas in the forest. You can barely find (00:05:44) a tree these days. (00:05:49) A wellestablished mind, a mind which is (00:05:52) in a state of samyukti is referred to as (00:05:54) a kalpa vixen. (00:05:57) If you organize your mind to a certain (00:06:00) level of organization, it in turn (00:06:02) [music] organizes the whole system. Your (00:06:05) body, your emotion, your energies, (00:06:07) everything gets organized in the (00:06:09) direction. Once all these four (00:06:11) dimensions of you, your physical body, (00:06:14) your mind, your emotion and the (00:06:18) fundamental life energies are organized (00:06:20) in one direction. Once you are like (00:06:22) this, anything that you wish happens (00:06:24) without even li lifting a little finger. (00:06:27) Actually, it would help to assist it (00:06:29) with activity. But even without doing (00:06:33) any activity, you can still manifest (00:06:35) what you want if you organize these four (00:06:38) dimensions in one direction and keep it (00:06:41) unwavering in that direction for a (00:06:43) certain period of time. Right now, the (00:06:45) problem with your mind is every moment (00:06:48) it is changing its direction. It is like (00:06:51) you want to travel somewhere and every (00:06:53) two steps if you keep changing your (00:06:54) direction the question of you reaching (00:06:57) the destination is very remote unless it (00:07:00) happens by chance. (00:07:03) So organizing our minds and in turn (00:07:08) organizing the whole system and these (00:07:10) four basic dimensions of who you are (00:07:12) right now in one direction. If you do (00:07:15) this you are a kalpa yourself. Anything (00:07:19) that you wish will happen. (00:07:21) But right now, if you look at your (00:07:23) lives, everything that you have wished (00:07:25) for till now, if it happens, you have (00:07:27) finished. (00:07:29) Everything and everybody that you have (00:07:31) desired for, if all of that lands up in (00:07:33) your house today, could you live with (00:07:35) that? (00:07:37) Once we're empowered like this, it's (00:07:39) very important that our physical action, (00:07:42) emotional action, mental action and (00:07:45) energy actions are controlled and (00:07:47) properly directed. If it is not so, we (00:07:50) become destructive, self-destructive. (00:07:52) Right now, that is our problem. The (00:07:55) technology which is supposed to make our (00:07:57) life beautiful and easy has become the (00:08:00) source of all the problem that we are (00:08:02) destroying the very basis of our life (00:08:04) which is the planet. (00:08:06) So what should have been a boon? We are (00:08:08) making a curse out of it. (00:08:11) What has brought incredible levels of (00:08:14) comfort and convenience to us in the (00:08:16) last 100 years or so has also become a (00:08:20) threat to our life simply because we are (00:08:23) not conscious action. We are in a (00:08:26) compulsive state of action. (00:08:29) So organizing our minds fundamentally (00:08:31) means moving from a compulsive state of (00:08:35) activity to a conscious state of (00:08:36) activity. (00:08:39) You might have heard of people for whom (00:08:42) they asked for something and beyond all (00:08:45) expectations it came true to true for (00:08:47) them. Generally this happens to people (00:08:50) who are in faith. (00:08:52) Now let's say you want to build a house. (00:08:56) If you start thinking oh I want to build (00:08:59) a house to build a house I need 50 lakhs (00:09:01) but I have only 50 rupees in my pocket (00:09:03) not possible not possible not possible (00:09:06) the moment you say not possible you're (00:09:08) also saying I don't want it so on one (00:09:11) level you're creating a desire that you (00:09:13) want something on another level you're (00:09:15) saying I don't want it so in this (00:09:17) conflict it may not happen (00:09:21) someone who has some faith [music] in a (00:09:23) god or in a temple or whatever (00:09:26) Who is have simple-minded faith works (00:09:28) only for those people who [music] are (00:09:30) simple-minded thinking people who are (00:09:32) too much thinking for them it never (00:09:34) works [music] a childlike person who has (00:09:37) a simple faith in his [music] god or his (00:09:40) temple or whatever he goes to the temple (00:09:43) and says Shiva I want a house I don't (00:09:46) know how you must make it for me now in (00:09:49) his [music] mind there are no negative (00:09:51) thoughts will it happen will it not (00:09:53) happen is it possible is it [music] not (00:09:54) possible (00:09:55) These things are completely removed by (00:09:57) this simple act of faith. (00:10:00) Now he believes Shiva will do it for him (00:10:02) [music] and it will happen. (00:10:07) So is Shiva going to come and build your (00:10:08) house? No. I want you to understand God (00:10:11) will not lift his little finger for you. (00:10:14) What you refer to as God is the source (00:10:16) of creation. (00:10:18) As a creator, he has done a phenomenal (00:10:21) job. There's no question about it. Could (00:10:23) you think of a better creation than (00:10:24) this? Is it in anybody's imagination to (00:10:28) think anything better than what is there (00:10:30) right now? So as a creator, he has done (00:10:34) his job wonderfully well. But if you (00:10:38) want life to happen the way you want it, (00:10:40) because right now the very crux of your (00:10:42) happiness and your well-being is this. (00:10:45) If at all if you're unhappy, (00:10:48) the only and only reason why you're (00:10:50) unhappy is life is not happening the way (00:10:53) you think it should happen. That's all (00:10:55) it is. So if life is not happening the (00:10:58) way you think it is, it should happen, (00:11:01) you're unhappy. If life happens the way (00:11:04) you think it should happen, you are (00:11:05) happy. It's as simple as that. So if (00:11:08) life has to happen the way you think it (00:11:10) should happen first of all how you think (00:11:14) with how much focus you think how much (00:11:19) stability is there in your thought and (00:11:22) how much reverberence is there in the (00:11:24) thought process will determine whether (00:11:26) your thought will become a reality or is (00:11:28) it just an empty thought or h how you do (00:11:33) not create any impediment for your (00:11:35) thought by creating negative thought (00:11:36) process. (00:11:38) This possible is something possible or (00:11:41) not possible is destroying humanity. (00:11:46) What is possible and not possible is not (00:11:48) your business. It's nature's business. (00:11:50) Your business is just to strive for what (00:11:53) you want. (00:11:55) Right now you're sitting here. (00:11:58) If I ask you two simple questions, (00:12:02) I want you to just look at this and (00:12:04) answer this. Right now, from where (00:12:06) you're sitting, can you just fly off? (00:12:08) You say no. (00:12:11) Right now, from where you're sitting, (00:12:12) can you get up and walk? You'll say yes. (00:12:15) What is the basis of this? Why you say (00:12:18) no to flying and yes to walking? Because (00:12:22) past experience of life, many times (00:12:24) you've gotten up and walked. Never did (00:12:26) you fly off. Or in other words, you're (00:12:30) using the past experience of life as a (00:12:33) basis for deciding whether something is (00:12:35) possible or not possible. Or in other (00:12:38) words, you have decided that what has (00:12:41) not happened till now cannot happen in (00:12:43) your life in future. (00:12:45) This is a disgrace to humanity and the (00:12:47) human spirit. What has not happened till (00:12:50) now on this planet can happen tomorrow. (00:12:52) Human beings are capable of making it (00:12:54) happen tomorrow. So what is possible and (00:12:57) what is not possible is not your (00:12:59) business. That is nature's business. (00:13:01) Nature will decide that. You just see (00:13:04) what is it that you really want and (00:13:07) strive for that. And if your thought is (00:13:10) created in a powerful way without any (00:13:12) negativity, without any negative (00:13:14) thoughts bringing down the intensity of (00:13:16) the thought process, the first and (00:13:19) foremost thing is (00:13:21) you must be clear what is it that you (00:13:23) really want. If you do not know what you (00:13:26) want, the question of creating it (00:13:29) doesn't arise. (00:13:31) If you look at what you really want, (00:13:35) what every human being wants is he wants (00:13:38) to live joyfully. He wants to live (00:13:40) peacefully in terms of his (00:13:42) relationships. He wants it to be loving (00:13:45) and affectionate. Or in other words, all (00:13:48) that any human being is seeking for is (00:13:51) pleasantness within himself, (00:13:53) pleasantness around him. This (00:13:55) pleasantness, if it happens in our body, (00:13:58) we call this health and pleasure. If it (00:14:01) happens in our mind, we call this peace (00:14:03) and joy. If it happens in our emotion, (00:14:06) we call this love and compassion. If it (00:14:08) happens in our energy, we call this (00:14:10) blissfulness and ecstasy. (00:14:12) This is all that a human being is (00:14:14) looking for. Whether he is going to his (00:14:17) office to work, he wants to make money, (00:14:20) build a career, build a family, he sits (00:14:23) in the bar, sits in the temple, he still (00:14:26) looking for the same thing. Pleasantness (00:14:29) within, pleasantness around. (00:14:31) If this is what we want to create, I (00:14:34) think it's time we addressed it directly (00:14:36) and commit ourselves to creating it. So (00:14:39) you want to create yourself as a [music] (00:14:42) peaceful human being, joyful human (00:14:45) being, loving human being, a pleasant (00:14:47) human being on all levels. (00:14:50) And do you also want a world like this? (00:14:52) A peaceful world, a loving world, a (00:14:55) joyful world. No. No. I want greenery. I (00:14:58) want food. When we say a joyful world, (00:15:01) that means everything [music] that you (00:15:02) want has happened. (00:15:04) So this is all that you're looking for. (00:15:06) So all that you need to do [music] is (00:15:07) commit yourself to creating it to create (00:15:10) a peaceful, joyful and loving world both (00:15:14) for yourself and everybody around you. (00:15:17) Every day in the morning if you start (00:15:19) your day with this simple thought in (00:15:21) your mind that today wherever I go I (00:15:24) [music] will create a peaceful loving (00:15:26) and joyful world. (00:15:28) If you fall down 100 times in the (00:15:30) [music] day what does it matter for a (00:15:32) committed man? There is no such thing as (00:15:34) failure. If you fall down 100 times, 100 (00:15:37) lessons [music] to be learned. If you (00:15:39) commit yourself like this to creating (00:15:41) what you really [music] care for. Now (00:15:43) your mind gets organized. Once your mind (00:15:46) get organized, the way you think is the (00:15:48) way you feel. Your emotion will get (00:15:49) organized. [music] Once your thought and (00:15:51) emotion is organized, your energies will (00:15:53) get organized in the same direction. (00:15:56) [music] Once your thought, emotion and (00:15:57) energies are organized, your very body (00:15:59) will get organized. Once all these four (00:16:02) are organized in [music] one direction, (00:16:04) your ability to create and manifest what (00:16:06) you want is phenomenal. You are the (00:16:09) creator in many ways. (00:16:12) That which is the source of creation (00:16:13) [music] is functioning within you every (00:16:15) moment of your life. It is just that (00:16:19) have you kept access [music] to that (00:16:21) dimension or not? Organizing the four (00:16:24) basic elements [music] of your life will (00:16:26) give you that access. There are tools (00:16:28) and technologies to do this. The whole (00:16:31) science of yoga, the whole technology (00:16:33) that we refer to as yoga is just [music] (00:16:35) about this transforming yourself from (00:16:38) being just a piece of creation to become (00:16:41) a creator. (00:16:46) It is my wish and my blessing that every (00:16:49) human being in this world [music] should (00:16:51) have this access to the source of (00:16:53) creation within himself so that he can (00:16:56) function here as a creator not just as a (00:17:00) [music] piece of creation.
