hope you and Charlie (00:00:31) and I asked him this earlier yeah can (00:00:35) while you're in it not just after but (00:00:37) like smell the roses a little soak it in (00:00:39) a little bit yes last year was the first (00:00:41) time that I've seen him (00:00:43) actually sit backstage and just sit (00:00:46) there and breathe and soak it in and it (00:00:48) was special to see and I think he'll do (00:00:50) it again tomorrow once Trump is on stage (00:00:53) then he can safely in and out he'll sit (00:00:56) there and be like wow that was a really (00:00:58) good event so yes he'll be there um (00:01:01) obviously Charlie gets the attention (00:01:03) because he's Charlie Kirk I told him too (00:01:05) I have three kids in college they don't (00:01:06) listen to a thing I say they listen to (00:01:08) him though thank you Charlie yes but I (00:01:11) think what what is it happy wife happy (00:01:13) life yes and I know Charlie gosh it's so (00:01:17) cool how he publicly adors (00:01:20) you what is your what is your role in (00:01:23) this well I think if you understand the (00:01:28) biblical role of a husband and a wife (00:01:32) you're not just a helpmate yes you are a (00:01:34) helpmate but you're not just a helpmate (00:01:36) you're a guardian of the home you're (00:01:39) helping raise the Next Generation but (00:01:42) more importantly your relationship with (00:01:44) your husband came first so you pouring (00:01:46) into each other and being as a wife like (00:01:49) being that safe space of come home to me (00:01:53) I'll refuel you Christ will refuel you (00:01:56) but like I'm here to encourage you and (00:01:58) like not be your biggest fan cuz I'll (00:02:00) never like raah raw you just because (00:02:03) like I want to have my words always have (00:02:04) substance so when I tell you I'm proud (00:02:06) of you I don't want you to be like (00:02:08) thanks because you tell me it every day (00:02:10) like I want you to hear me when I say (00:02:12) that I'm proud of you and actually have (00:02:14) those moments of you can breathe with me (00:02:17) and absorb that because he hears that (00:02:19) all the time you know you're doing (00:02:20) amazing things you know doing stuff for (00:02:23) the the future generations and stuff but (00:02:25) to hear it from someone that you love (00:02:27) deeply is totally different so I try to (00:02:30) listen to his show every single day I (00:02:32) try to do what I can to just love on him (00:02:36) because you've seen on campuses like the (00:02:38) videos Hold Me Back rule my spirit if I (00:02:41) was there I'd be a pit bull they'd have (00:02:43) to keep me back behind the table but (00:02:46) it's one of those things where he goes (00:02:48) out there gets hammered on every single (00:02:51) day but I want him to come home and just (00:02:53) feel so unbelievably loved to be able to (00:02:56) them be refueled to go back out there (00:02:58) cuz that to me is the most important (00:03:00) thing for my husband so happy wife happy (00:03:03) life yes but like happy happy husband (00:03:06) happy wife happy marriage happy (00:03:09) kids all of it kind of just works (00:03:12) together cuz I never want him to feel (00:03:15) like well as long as my wife is happy (00:03:16) and I'm suffering like that would be (00:03:18) awful so just as like a team so for me (00:03:21) my role is like husb God comes first us (00:03:24) obviously husband kids everything else (00:03:28) so it's a little it's a little (00:03:30) background on that one so it's beautiful (00:03:33) thanks (00:03:34) and um I think underappreciated in our (00:03:38) society where we are today but I'm (00:03:40) hoping it's coming back because of (00:03:41) people like you and frankly because of (00:03:43) the amount of people who are not afraid (00:03:45) any longer to talk about God in their (00:03:46) faith totally several questions off of (00:03:48) that um but number one you mentioned how (00:03:51) proud you are yeah how are you what what (00:03:53) about your husband makes you the most (00:03:56) proud just the way that he allowed God (00:04:00) to use him he's not afraid of that and a (00:04:03) lot of Christians are because they they (00:04:05) think where is God going to take me (00:04:06) where is he going to put me what what if (00:04:08) I don't like it like they pick and (00:04:10) choose their faith and they pick and (00:04:12) choose their scripture based off of how (00:04:15) they're feeling in that moment in life (00:04:17) Charlie is he is he so he we honor the (00:04:22) Sabbath in our home uh we turn our (00:04:24) phones off from Friday Sundown to (00:04:27) Saturday Sundown um that's a huge thing (00:04:29) for us but you can tell the difference (00:04:32) between someone who actually reads the (00:04:35) word obeys the word and it's just so (00:04:39) drenched by the Holy Spirit versus (00:04:41) someone who knows the talking points (00:04:43) they say the church language like (00:04:45) they're you know they just go through (00:04:47) yes like almost talking points I feel (00:04:50) yeah you're like you're like I see that (00:04:52) you love Jesus I love Jesus too but like (00:04:55) there's a lot of that out there but (00:04:57) Charlie's the real deal like he he (00:05:00) guards his heart properly like it says (00:05:01) in the Bible from the standpoint of the (00:05:04) world will never see a side the side of (00:05:06) him that I see they just won't because (00:05:08) that's he saves that for me and I (00:05:11) cherish that you know that's so powerful (00:05:14) it's it's but for him and for our family (00:05:16) God is always first and Forefront we (00:05:18) pray together as a family um it's just (00:05:22) it's we took our covenant of marriage (00:05:24) very seriously and it's been really cool (00:05:27) it's been really cool to see how God's (00:05:29) used our marriage we got married in 2021 (00:05:33) and it's been cool to see how God used (00:05:35) that it's been really special do you (00:05:37) recall earlier this year when Harrison (00:05:39) buer the Kansas City Chief's kicker was (00:05:42) just demonized for it was awful that (00:05:44) that happened yeah and of course the (00:05:48) timing was fascinating and the left used (00:05:50) it um but I know myself personally and (00:05:54) so many other women who agreed first of (00:05:57) all you're not taking literally what the (00:05:58) man said okay women do not stop I know (00:06:03) where do you think we are as a country (00:06:05) we talked about how we think we're (00:06:06) getting more confident with with being (00:06:08) true to those values but with women (00:06:10) being able to actually say what you just (00:06:12) said which is being proud of your role (00:06:17) as a woman a wife taking care of your (00:06:20) husband by the way a husband who (00:06:21) completely supports you in every way (00:06:23) with your dreams too are we growing in (00:06:26) that way like what are you seeing um yes (00:06:29) and yes and no um yes from the (00:06:32) standpoint of I think now more than ever (00:06:35) I mean the statistic came out that more (00:06:37) Bible sales happened this year than ever (00:06:39) before that's insane um I think there's (00:06:42) a Revival that's we're on the cusp of if (00:06:46) we the only way to explain the reason (00:06:48) why like the election went the way it (00:06:51) did was oh God like yeah we worked hard (00:06:55) but you can't explain that the Revival (00:06:57) within the Youth of gen Z being the most (00:07:01) conservative they've ever been you know (00:07:03) the the fact that they're they're waking (00:07:05) up to things and they're seeing and I (00:07:07) think at four years ago those kids that (00:07:10) were 18 weren't voting but they saw what (00:07:13) was happening and they saw the shift and (00:07:14) they were like wait a second like that's (00:07:17) not right that doesn't feel right that (00:07:18) doesn't seem right where's the truth (00:07:20) where so they're digging deeper they're (00:07:22) reading more they're doing more research (00:07:24) they're saying they're being the rebel (00:07:26) which is interesting because in today's (00:07:29) world the rebel is find a wife get (00:07:33) married have (00:07:35) children live your life love love the (00:07:38) Lord love your wife that's a rebel like (00:07:42) everything else is mainstream you know (00:07:44) what I mean so I yes and no so yes (00:07:47) things are shifting is it going at a (00:07:49) fast pace no and nothing that's meant to (00:07:52) last goes at a fast pace so I think (00:07:54) we're on the brink of something (00:07:56) beautiful but um it's special to see (00:07:59) that there are people that are taking (00:08:02) those roles seriously and speaking out (00:08:04) about them um because that is (00:08:08) a I guess you would say not just a (00:08:10) mentor someone you look up to but (00:08:12) someone in the public eye but someone (00:08:14) that they could really look at and say (00:08:15) that could be me and I want that to be (00:08:17) me um but if you live your life in that (00:08:19) way and you you know see that again like (00:08:23) we talked about off air like you're not (00:08:25) just it's he's not the master and you're (00:08:28) the slave that's not how marriage works (00:08:30) a lot of people forget to read the Bible (00:08:31) verse after that where it says husbands (00:08:34) love your wife like Christ loves the (00:08:36) church um and that's where it's that (00:08:38) healthy balance of you OB like I love (00:08:41) submitting to Charlie because he's a (00:08:42) phenomenal leader and the way that he (00:08:44) loves me like melts me to want to be (00:08:47) able to help how can I help you I mean (00:08:49) every single morning I ask him and he (00:08:52) asks me how can I be praying for you how (00:08:55) can I make your day better and I ask him (00:08:57) at the end of that what can I do so that (00:08:59) when you come home home at the end of (00:09:00) the night like what do you need at home (00:09:02) what what do you want to eat obviously (00:09:04) okay you know whatever some people are (00:09:06) like women on the kitchen whatever no do (00:09:08) I cook every night no but do I yeah (00:09:10) whatever but like how can I help make (00:09:13) when you come home what how can we make (00:09:15) the landing pad a little bit softer so (00:09:17) it's just that I don't know and I love (00:09:19) that he spoke out I love that you're (00:09:21) speaking out like it's special that (00:09:22) people are like rising up and being like (00:09:23) you know what life's short this is the (00:09:26) truth and I'm going to speak it yes so (00:09:28) where does that come from within you (00:09:30) though to know before you married (00:09:32) Charlie that this is the way you wanted (00:09:34) a marriage to be well I come from a (00:09:36) broken home so I emulated my (00:09:39) grandparents marriage which was very old (00:09:42) school like 50s style from the (00:09:44) standpoint of I saw the best friend (00:09:48) mentality of like that marriage it was (00:09:51) really special my grandparents of the (00:09:52) world to me um my mom was phenomenal I (00:09:56) mean she still is phenomenal she um I (00:09:58) was since she was sing parent raised me (00:10:01) um and that was special to me because I (00:10:04) saw my mom have to wear the pants for (00:10:07) both sides which is very difficult and (00:10:11) she by the grace of God balanced it (00:10:14) beautifully um but she showed me at a (00:10:16) very young age like the power of prayer (00:10:18) I was raised Catholic um going to church (00:10:21) on Sundays but church is not just on (00:10:23) Sundays and she lived her life in a way (00:10:26) where the Bible was the way she like if (00:10:30) someone saw her they would see (00:10:31) biblically the Bible being lived out so (00:10:33) I think for me that was something that (00:10:34) was really special uh having a mom who (00:10:37) had to really lean on her faith to make (00:10:42) it and she had her own company and like (00:10:45) that's not easy you know you you know (00:10:47) having raising kids and doing your brand (00:10:50) and everything it's not easy and so by (00:10:53) her living her life in that way I always (00:10:55) tell moms that are in different seasons (00:10:57) of life that you know their kids are or (00:11:00) whatever like your kids watch everything (00:11:02) and when they see you being resilient (00:11:04) and they see you being like nope you (00:11:05) know what not today Satan like God like (00:11:09) God's on my side we'll figure it out we (00:11:10) will figure it out and to see that (00:11:12) Relentless faith is so special and they (00:11:15) your kids see that and they absorb it (00:11:17) and they will have that (00:11:19) same same hpah if you will when they get (00:11:22) in when they get older thank God you had (00:11:25) a mother who pushed through that and (00:11:29) other sibling (00:11:30) I have a step brother and then I have (00:11:32) older half sister okay mhm a broken so I (00:11:35) was the baby yeah but it's it's really (00:11:37) incredible and and my goodness she (00:11:38) deserves a lot of credit and I I I can't (00:11:40) imagine being in her shoes but (00:11:43) to have you not emulate some things (00:11:46) right take the good take the bad pick (00:11:49) and choose pick and choose and then know (00:11:51) what you want exactly from that yeah is (00:11:53) she here she is here she uh she's at (00:11:56) home I'm having her come later tonight (00:11:58) but but I mean I wonder what she feels (00:12:00) as a mother now you're a young mother (00:12:02) but what she feels watching you and how (00:12:04) you have taken so much of what she (00:12:06) experienced and applied it to what is (00:12:08) now a beautiful marriage yeah no she's (00:12:10) really I love my mama she needs (00:12:12) everything to it's just really cool (00:12:15) parenting with this craziness that you (00:12:18) have going on I know how old is the baby (00:12:20) now I have a 2-year-old and a (00:12:22) seven-month old seven months two old oh (00:12:24) you're in it girl you guys aren't done (00:12:26) are you uh we might have one more I'm (00:12:29) kind of torn I have I the only reason (00:12:31) why I'm torn is cuz I had C-sections for (00:12:32) both so I'm like how many more times (00:12:34) does Charlie need to see my organs so I (00:12:37) mean we'll see um but no I mean whatever (00:12:40) the Lord's will is for that but um yeah (00:12:43) I mean we're in the thick of it 90% of (00:12:45) the time of my life I look like Adam (00:12:47) Sandler I'm not dressed like this so (00:12:49) like you pick Sandler can we pick (00:12:52) someone else please I it's not I think (00:12:54) you know when he's like schling around (00:12:56) and he's wearing like basketball shorts (00:12:58) and like every that's yeah but that's (00:13:00) the thing you have your mom bun you're (00:13:02) like in the thick of it you're barely (00:13:03) getting sleep but you look at it and you (00:13:05) realize like and within a blink of an (00:13:08) eye these kids are going to be gone gone (00:13:11) yes and it's and grown heartbreaking I (00:13:13) know mine are 18 20 and 22 I can't even (00:13:15) IM in college and it was so and and I (00:13:18) knew it was going fast and so you're (00:13:19) present I was present and I'm I will say (00:13:22) nothing will prepare you nothing it's (00:13:24) devastating even though and I'm no (00:13:26) longer saying um empty nester I'm saying (00:13:29) bird launcher I love it a friend of mine (00:13:31) said no no no you have launched these (00:13:33) little birdies and they're they're off (00:13:35) and they still call and they're coming (00:13:37) back so it makes me less sad yeah not (00:13:39) happy but but less sad because it is (00:13:42) going quickly your career can you (00:13:44) explain all of the things that you're (00:13:46) doing I mean you are an entrepreneur on (00:13:47) your own and I want people to know that (00:13:49) you are balancing all this with your own (00:13:51) career yes so I have my own clothing (00:13:53) line we make everything in the USA so we (00:13:56) manufacture in New York and La um (00:13:59) Christian clothing line um and the (00:14:01) ministry arm of that it's called (00:14:03) proclaim the ministry arm of that is (00:14:04) Bible in 365 so proceeds from Proclaim (00:14:07) go to Bible in 365 where you read the (00:14:09) Bible in a year cover to cover it's (00:14:11) amazing we've had over 180,000 plus (00:14:14) people read with us since (00:14:17) 2017 um and that's been the most (00:14:19) important to me aside clothing line is (00:14:21) great I love it I'm obsessed with the (00:14:23) clothes but it's that side yes the (00:14:27) Eternal side being able to know that I (00:14:28) am walking on a journey alongside (00:14:30) someone being a part of their Journey (00:14:32) with Christ even if it's for a year is (00:14:34) so special to me and like knowing that (00:14:37) we're here recruiting Heaven is our home (00:14:39) and that's like that's our thing this is (00:14:41) Our Moment Like This is our time to all (00:14:43) come together and be a part of each (00:14:44) other's Journey so that to me is really (00:14:46) special so we have Bible in 365 and (00:14:48) Proclaim those are my worldly business (00:14:51) babies um but yeah it's been it's been (00:14:54) really fun that's a lot yes it's fun and (00:14:57) it's a lot I'm like how do you do all (00:15:00) this we we have a great team um very (00:15:04) good at delegating stuff I've learned (00:15:06) that the hard way um but yeah it's it's (00:15:09) knowing when you when to say no it's (00:15:12) knowing when to say no and knowing your (00:15:14) limits and prioritizing things but also (00:15:16) giving yourself that Grace of knowing (00:15:18) like you know (00:15:19) what this can wait until Monday yes you (00:15:22) know I don't give over too much credit (00:15:24) however years ago she said no is a (00:15:27) complete sentence I know I'll have to (00:15:28) thank you on theend of it no thank you (00:15:30) and that oh I struggle big time with (00:15:33) that it is it is so hard um but at the (00:15:37) end of the day what did you say our kids (00:15:39) are watching I know and can I add this (00:15:41) real quick I also grw up grew up (00:15:43) Catholic yeah um still practicing yeah (00:15:45) but I I will say we weren't really (00:15:48) taught to read the Bible and to know (00:15:50) scripture it's been super intimidating (00:15:52) for me and I think I know which website (00:15:54) I need to go to yes so but that happened (00:15:56) to me because until 200 (00:15:59) when I walked into a Bible B one of the (00:16:03) non-denominational Bible churches they (00:16:05) were like okay open your Bible and I'm (00:16:06) like well I don't have everyone's like (00:16:08) shuffling through their pages and I'm (00:16:10) like notes in them yeah I know and I'm (00:16:11) like take my phone out like I'll just (00:16:14) scroll through my phone because I that's (00:16:15) not it's usually the pre you have the (00:16:19) sometimes they'll put the homy printed (00:16:21) out on the piece of paper and they'll (00:16:22) give the Bible verses or maybe the (00:16:24) verses that they read but you don't get (00:16:26) to read the context before and the (00:16:27) context after um so being able the first (00:16:30) time I ever read the Bible cover to (00:16:32) cover was 2016 and it changed my life it (00:16:36) absolutely changed my life and that's (00:16:37) when I started so it was me and another (00:16:39) friend and I put together the Bible (00:16:41) reading program and I sent it to my (00:16:42) friend I said do it with me I was like (00:16:44) because I don't know what I'm doing and (00:16:45) you've been a Christian your whole life (00:16:47) and I just want to have an (00:16:48) accountability partner like please read (00:16:50) this with me 2016 finished the whole (00:16:53) thing it was a wild year and um I after (00:16:57) that everything was in Te color and I (00:16:59) was like I get it now I get it that (00:17:02) gives me and it made me it's really (00:17:04) interesting because then if ever I do go (00:17:05) back to sit in the Catholic mass I'm (00:17:07) like now I get I get the Catholic side (00:17:10) even more now after having read the (00:17:13) Bible so I wish that there was more (00:17:15) because even when you go to confirmation (00:17:18) class and like all that thing it never I (00:17:21) just wish they would have and some (00:17:23) Catholic churches are great at this some (00:17:25) Catholic high schools are great at this (00:17:27) unfortunately mine weren't as good from (00:17:30) the standpoint of get your own Bible and (00:17:32) let's crack it open it was never really (00:17:34) like that never I was never once (00:17:37) encouraged to do that and it's not I'm (00:17:39) not trying to be negative it's just how (00:17:40) it has been it's and then you almost (00:17:42) have to get lucky to get a good priest (00:17:45) the priest that I left in only reason (00:17:46) I'm sad about leaving Connecticut is (00:17:48) like two friends and my priest who (00:17:51) didn't read his homy I know it came from (00:17:54) his heart I know and that's when my kids (00:17:56) were little even wanting to sit in the (00:17:58) front row because he cared he he (00:18:00) absolutely did and so we need more that (00:18:02) in the Catholic church and obviously (00:18:03) throughout the Christian Community but (00:18:06) that's what I love about the Catholic (00:18:07) church is that you can have kids of all (00:18:10) ages sitting in the pews that's what how (00:18:13) my mom and I like when we went to church (00:18:15) we went to church together it wasn't (00:18:17) like okay have fun at Sunday school like (00:18:20) I never did that I was always fed the (00:18:22) same word that my mom was fed they never (00:18:24) watered it down they never was like oh (00:18:26) you're little so go color like it was (00:18:28) never like that and I think that's (00:18:30) really special and I tell Charlie that (00:18:32) all the time I think it's really special (00:18:33) to see a growing church hearing babies (00:18:35) crying seeing a toddler running around (00:18:37) mom chasing them trying to go into the (00:18:39) kids little like Lounge areas but to (00:18:41) still be fed by the same priests in the (00:18:43) same context it's beautiful thank you (00:18:46) and I'm excited for this this is a (00:18:48) challenge so when I see you her next (00:18:49) year with my same cute little couch um (00:18:52) I'll be your accountability partner (00:18:54) really I would love that oh my gosh I (00:18:55) would be honored yes I would love that (00:18:58) that's special (00:19:00) I'm not going to be intimidated by this (00:19:01) no it's fun and we send you a text (00:19:03) message every encouragement and (00:19:18) literally it takes maybe seven minutes (00:19:21) of your no way coffee 7even minutes with (00:19:23) Jesus I'll send you a little heart emoji (00:19:26) and it's done let's do it (00:19:29) I am I'm just warning you though that (00:19:31) once you do that your life is going to (00:19:32) radically change the Technic color it's (00:19:35) all in techn color said I
