(00:00:21)And I said to Jeffrey, "Before you even (00:00:24)think about this, let me go back into it (00:00:27)with Bill and we'll record a bunch of (00:00:29)the scenes with Bill doing it in his own (00:00:32)voice." Because I knew, how can you make (00:00:35)a goofy movie or how can you play Goofy (00:00:38)with just a regular person's voice? That (00:00:39)would be like having Mickey Mouse, (00:00:42)right, speak with Carrie Grant's voice. (00:00:46)It's just incredibly ridiculous. (00:00:49)But we had to because he's the boss. (00:00:51)Jeffrey's the boss. We had to go and try (00:00:53)something. They came to me and said, (00:00:54)"Well, they think that your voice sounds (00:00:58)too cartoony. Yeah. So, I brought Bill (00:01:12)and Jason in the room and I said, (00:01:13)"Listen, guys. We have to try this." And (00:01:15)Bill has a complete meltdown. (00:01:18)I went home and I didn't get much sleep (00:01:20)those days cuz I was worried, don't they (00:01:22)want to hear goofy when they hear a (00:01:24)goofy movie? We have to prove to Jeffrey (00:01:27)that it's a bad idea. So, we did several (00:01:30)days of recording in my voice. Um, more (00:01:34)as an experiment, I said, I suppose. And (00:01:37)we uh we did it. We showed it to him. I (00:01:41)said, I'm not behind this, (00:01:44)Jeffrey. And we didn't do it. Jeffrey (00:01:46)said, "I agree with you. We shouldn't do (00:01:48)it."
