Imagine taking a disgusting (00:00:18) book like that and desecrating the Quran (00:00:21) by placing it on top of the Quran. The (00:00:24) masses of Muslims don't do that. (00:00:27) If you do accept man-made laws, that's (00:00:31) exactly what you're doing. One who (00:00:34) doesn't reject the of democracy (00:00:37) hasn't believed in Allah. (00:00:54) Alhamdulillah. (00:01:04) In order to derive (00:01:07) on something, one must first understand (00:01:11) what it really is. (00:01:14) And the term democracy obviously doesn't (00:01:16) appear in the Quran or in the Sunnah or (00:01:19) in the statements of the Salaf. So its (00:01:22) definition must be understood according (00:01:25) to how its adherence define it and how (00:01:28) they practice it. (00:01:31) Its simple definition is that it's a (00:01:34) system in which the people hold power (00:01:37) and legislate. (00:01:39) For example, in in the United States, a (00:01:43) bill is introduced in Congress either by (00:01:45) the House of Representatives or the (00:01:46) Senate. It's introduced as a bill. It's (00:01:49) debated over and it's voted on. And if (00:01:52) it's approved, the president signs it (00:01:54) and it becomes law. Congress may at (00:01:58) times override the president's decision (00:02:00) if they disagree with it. (00:02:03) The overall idea, (00:02:05) the overall concept of democracy is the (00:02:09) same across countries that adopt this (00:02:12) filthy system (00:02:14) and it's that authority in legislation (00:02:17) rests with people rather than Allah (00:02:21) subhanahu wa ta'ala as it should be. (00:02:24) Abraham Lincoln summarized it all. He (00:02:26) said it's a government of the people by (00:02:28) the people for the people. So democracy (00:02:32) means the rule by the people. The people (00:02:36) govern the people legislate. (00:02:39) And it's all the same whether this (00:02:41) legislation and authorities exercised by (00:02:44) the masses directly or by the majority (00:02:47) directly or whether they select and (00:02:51) appoint representatives to do that (00:02:53) filthy work like what happens in the (00:02:57) houses of representatives or the (00:02:59) parliaments or the senates where they (00:03:01) appoint people to legislate on their (00:03:04) behalf whether they do it the masters do (00:03:07) it directly or appoint represent (00:03:09) representatives to do it. The core (00:03:11) principle remains the same and that is (00:03:14) and Allah subhana wa ta'ala said (00:03:30) Allah subhana wa ta'ala tells the (00:03:31) messenger we sent down to you oh (00:03:33) Muhammad the book in truth (00:03:45) means the Quran is elevated above. The (00:03:48) Quran is superior to the Quran is (00:03:51) authoritative over all the previous (00:03:54) scriptures. (00:03:56) Allah subhana wa ta'ala informs us that (00:03:58) the Quran rules over and abregates and (00:04:02) holds supreme authority over previous (00:04:05) scriptures. (00:04:08) The Quran, the legislation of Allah (00:04:10) subhana tala has ultimate authority over (00:04:14) scriptures that were originally revealed (00:04:17) by Allah subhana wa ta'ala. (00:04:20) If the Quran rules over the previous (00:04:24) scriptures, (00:04:26) how could human desires ever claim (00:04:28) authority over the Quran? (00:04:33) The adherence of democracy (00:04:36) strip Allah's legislation of supreme (00:04:39) authority and place it in the hands of (00:04:42) people. (00:04:44) They elevate human desires (00:04:47) to the highest law. (00:04:51) The masses of Muslims would never place (00:04:55) any physical object or book on top of (00:04:57) the Quran. (00:04:59) The illiterate and layman of the Muslims (00:05:03) know better than to do this. (00:05:06) Not even a book of hadith. (00:05:10) And that's out of reverence for the word (00:05:12) of Allah subhana wa ta'ala (00:05:16) accepting democracy (00:05:19) and the idea of man-made legislation (00:05:23) that contradicts Allah's laws is like (00:05:27) placing a filthy book of nasa on top of (00:05:31) the Quran. (00:05:33) Imagine (00:05:35) taking a book that says Zena is (00:05:38) permissible by consent (00:05:41) or a book that says that the of (00:05:48) is legal. (00:06:17) The desires (00:06:19) of the people have the highest authority (00:06:23) in secular and in democratic nations. (00:06:26) Democracy declares the people the (00:06:29) ultimate lawgivers (00:06:31) instead of Allah subhana t. (00:06:34) That's why man-made laws in democratic (00:06:38) systems are chaotic and unstable. They (00:06:40) make no sense. Human law (00:06:45) bends to desire. (00:06:48) Human law when it's made by humans, (00:06:51) it bends to (00:06:54) do (00:06:57) it may be inclined to the shan (00:07:01) Allah's laws are perfect and just and (00:07:06) firm the same detailed laws that Allah (00:07:08) subhana ta commanded us to follow 14 (00:07:11) centuries ago are the very same perfect (00:07:14) laws that suit humanity today (00:07:19) because the creator knows best (00:07:22) what laws suit his creation and creation (00:07:26) don't know what suits them. The verse (00:07:29) that I mentioned the continuation of it. (00:07:43) Allah commands his messenger and tells (00:07:44) him explicitly judge between them by (00:07:47) what Allah has revealed. (00:07:50) Allah addresses his messenger and every (00:07:53) single believer falls within the scope (00:07:55) of that command. Judge between them by (00:07:58) what Allah has revealed. Those who (00:08:01) follow democracy (00:08:02) and believe in it contradict this verse. (00:08:06) They're in effect saying (00:08:10) that the verse should be (00:08:14) instead of (00:08:17) or (00:08:22) they're in reality saying the verse (00:08:24) should be judge between them by human (00:08:27) desire but by what people vote upon. (00:08:36) If they don't say that verbally, (00:08:38) it reflects their true reality and their (00:08:42) actions say it. (00:08:44) The beauty of the Quran is astonishing. (00:08:47) It's as though this verse was revealed (00:08:50) precisely for this moment, for this (00:08:52) topic. (00:08:54) It's a timeless warning against (00:08:57) following democracy and secularism (00:09:01) and the sister ideologies that place (00:09:04) human desire above the guidance of Allah (00:09:08) subhanahu wa ta'ala. (00:09:12) It didn't stop there. That should have (00:09:14) been sufficient for the world. But Allah (00:09:16) subhana wa ta'ala left no room for (00:09:18) doubt. (00:09:27) don't follow their vain desires away (00:09:31) from the (00:09:35) is democracy anything more than placing (00:09:37) desires above the guidance of Allah (00:09:40) subhana wa ta'ala (00:09:43) those who follow the religion of (00:09:45) democracy within this um (00:09:48) have taken it as a lord in place of (00:09:50) Allah subhana wa t'ala (00:09:53) Democracy has become one of the greatest (00:09:56) idols of our time. Allah subhanahu wa (00:09:59) ta'ala said (00:10:12) the yahood and the took their rabbis and (00:10:16) monks to be lords besides Allah subhana (00:10:19) wa ta'ala. (00:10:21) The hood and the nas (00:10:24) did not worship their rabbis and monks (00:10:27) by making sujud for them or bowing for (00:10:29) them. They didn't make dua to them. They (00:10:32) didn't make nether to them. (00:10:35) They didn't sacrifice to them. They (00:10:38) worshiped them as Allah subhana wa (00:10:40) ta'ala says by obeying them in matters (00:10:45) they legislated (00:10:47) countering the legislation of Allah (00:10:49) subhana wa ta'ala. They followed their (00:10:51) rabbis and monks when they devised (00:10:55) legislation (00:10:57) declaring lawful what Allah subhana wa (00:11:00) ta'ala had not permitted and they obeyed (00:11:03) them and forbidden what Allah subhanahu (00:11:06) wa ta'ala has not allowed (00:11:08) by obeying their rabbis and monks in (00:11:12) such legislation (00:11:14) they effectively took them as lords (00:11:17) besides Allah subhana wa ta'ala that's (00:11:19) why Allah subhana wa ta'ala says (00:11:25) they took them their monks and rabbis as (00:11:28) a besides Allah (00:11:32) and likewise obedience to democracy is (00:11:36) aching to take in democracy as a lord (00:11:39) and worshiping it (00:11:41) you don't want to be raised among those (00:11:43) who worship the of democracy (00:11:47) Muslim the messenger sah Sallallahu (00:11:50) alaihi wasallam said, (00:12:11) Allah subhana ta gathers people on the (00:12:14) judgment day and he says whoever used to (00:12:15) worship something now is the time to (00:12:17) follow it. (00:12:20) The ones who worship the sun will follow (00:12:22) it. The one who worshiped the moon will (00:12:25) follow it. The one who worshiped will (00:12:28) follow it. the one who worshiped (00:12:30) Muhammad bin Zed Muhammad bin Salman (00:12:34) and Ahmed is will follow it democracy is (00:12:37) also a (00:12:40) in another narration that's in Bkari (00:12:43) which is the same hadith in a different (00:12:45) word in there's a continuation about (00:12:48) this and it's where the messenger (00:12:50) sallallahu alaihi wasallam says after (00:12:52) each group follow what they worshiped (00:12:56) there will only remain the ones who (00:12:58) worship Allah subhana wa ta'ala alone (00:13:02) the obedient ones and the sinful ones. (00:13:06) So after everyone goes with those who (00:13:09) they worshiped the only ones who will (00:13:12) remain are the (00:13:14) even the sinners the one who made sins (00:13:17) of the muid will be the ones who remain (00:13:19) there along with the obedient ones and (00:13:22) it said to them why are you all here (00:13:26) everyone else is gone why are you still (00:13:28) here they say we parted with them in the (00:13:33) world (00:13:34) when we were in greater gater need of (00:13:36) them and now we are awaiting for Allah (00:13:39) subhana wa ta'ala in the world they (00:13:40) could have probably helped you in the (00:13:43) world in this world democracy may help (00:13:45) you (00:13:47) these people say we parted with them we (00:13:50) parted with those (00:13:52) when we were in greater need we left (00:13:55) them in the even though they could have (00:13:58) helped us over there now we are waiting (00:14:00) for our lord (00:14:03) those who abandon the of democracy when (00:14:07) it offers worldly benefit are the ones (00:14:10) who wait for Allah subhana wa ta'ala. (00:14:15) That's a choice you make now. That's a (00:14:19) choice you need to make if you want to (00:14:22) succeed in the (00:14:25) choice you make if you want to attain (00:14:28) the honor of waiting for Allah subhana (00:14:30) wa ta'ala. (00:14:33) And it's not just democracy. It's also (00:14:35) the other that we talk about (00:14:39) the one who stands (00:14:41) before a carved idol like (00:14:45) it makes injuda for him and the one who (00:14:49) stands before the idol of democracy (00:14:53) are in essence the same. (00:14:56) One worships a physical statue, (00:14:59) the other worships a conceptual statue. (00:15:04) One directs his (00:15:08) in dua to a physical statue. (00:15:12) The other directs his (00:15:15) of (00:15:16) inri to the conceptual statue of (00:15:20) democracy. (00:15:22) The indisputable core of democracy (00:15:27) is that the right to legislate (00:15:30) is given to humans, to the people (00:15:33) themselves. (00:15:35) They're made the source of law and the (00:15:38) ultimate legislative authority. (00:15:42) That's precisely what is. That's (00:15:45) precisely what (00:15:47) is. (00:15:49) That's assigning to creation. (00:15:52) A right that belongs to Allah subhanahu (00:15:55) wa ta'ala alone. It's (00:15:58) it's falsehood. (00:16:03) Democracy is a (00:16:07) and it's the modernday (00:16:09) idol that people worship (00:16:12) and it goes against the essence of (00:16:14) Islam. (00:16:16) It contradicts the purpose which we were (00:16:18) created for. (00:16:21) Our creation was as everyone says, (00:16:25) everyone knows it, but not many apply (00:16:28) it. Our creation was (00:16:31) for nothing but submission in obedience (00:16:34) to the laws of Allah subhana wa t'ala (00:16:36) alone. A system like democracy which (00:16:40) places human legislation over the law of (00:16:43) Allah subhana wa ta'ala has overstepped (00:16:46) its bounds and that exemplifies the (00:16:50) clearest definition of (00:16:53) democracy stands among the foremost (00:16:57) of our time. (00:17:01) It's not something you can remain (00:17:02) neutral about. (00:17:05) Whoever doesn't reject or disassociate (00:17:09) from that hasn't truly believed in Allah (00:17:13) subhana wa ta'ala. (00:17:15) One who doesn't reject the of democracy (00:17:20) hasn't believed in Allah. In one of the (00:17:22) verses Allah subhana t mentions the (00:17:25) disbelief the in the before belief in (00:17:29) him. (00:17:39) democracy contradicts the Quran and (00:17:41) Sunnah. And even when they adopt some (00:17:45) rulings (00:17:47) that exist in the Quran and Sunnah, its (00:17:50) basis is not submission to Allah. They (00:17:54) accept it because it aligns with their (00:17:55) democracy and secularism. (00:17:58) And they only permit what the masses (00:18:01) want. (00:18:03) They don't take from the Quran and (00:18:04) Sunnah because they're sacred, because (00:18:06) Allah subh ordered that, but because the (00:18:10) people will it, because the public (00:18:14) approves it, because the parliament and (00:18:17) representatives consent to it, because (00:18:21) it conforms to their constitution. (00:18:25) So revelation is not the authority to (00:18:28) them. Human will is. What greater insult (00:18:32) could there be than to submit (00:18:36) the laws of Allah subhana wa ta'ala the (00:18:39) creator to the deliberation or vote or (00:18:44) approval of creation (00:18:46) when people must examine and approve and (00:18:50) vote on the laws of Allah subhana tala (00:18:53) it's them and their constitution that is (00:18:57) supreme not the laws of Allah subhanahu (00:18:59) wa ta'ala (00:19:01) with that (00:19:03) democracy places human will over and (00:19:08) above the law of Allah subhana wa tala. (00:19:10) So in a nutshell democracy subjects (00:19:13) nothing to the authority of Allah (00:19:15) subhana tala. It gives no consideration (00:19:17) whatsoever to the legislation of Allah (00:19:21) subhana wa ta'ala. If some aspects (00:19:23) conform to the desires of the people or (00:19:27) the limits of their constitutions, they (00:19:29) may take it. Not because it's sent by (00:19:31) Allah subhana t. Which democratic (00:19:33) country would allow the punishment for (00:19:36) in their constitution? (00:19:38) Allah or a bill like that wouldn't even (00:19:40) be proposed (00:19:42) from the start because it contradicts (00:19:45) the very essence of their democracy. (00:19:50) Which country would mandate hijab for (00:19:52) example? None. (00:19:55) None. Not a single country that believes (00:19:59) in democracy would mandate hijab (00:20:03) because such legislation would be (00:20:06) rejected outright (00:20:09) because it conflicts with their filthy (00:20:12) tainted ideals of freedom and with their (00:20:15) democracy. (00:20:17) And the list goes on. Democracy (00:20:21) legislates and protects and serves and (00:20:23) punishes according to human-made rules (00:20:27) and that's kufur and shik. There's (00:20:31) plenty more points on the danger of (00:20:33) democracy. We can touch on that later (00:20:35) inshallah. And notice how I focused on (00:20:38) the aspect how it conflicts with the (00:20:42) core of our and that's what matters to (00:20:44) us. And by the of Allah subhana t on (00:20:47) this day that we speak about this the (00:20:50) issue of the Epstein files comes up (00:20:54) what I highlighted shows how democracy (00:20:58) violates the very essence ofahillahoolah (00:21:02) but it's flawed in every way you look at (00:21:05) it because it's rooted in human desire (00:21:09) it's not rooted in the guidance of Allah (00:21:11) subhana wa ta'ala when it's rooted in (00:21:14) human desire (00:21:15) What they condemn as immoral today may (00:21:18) be legalized tomorrow. (00:21:20) What they praise in one era may be (00:21:23) denounced in the next. What's legal (00:21:26) today may become illegal tomorrow. And (00:21:28) the opposite (00:21:30) because it's man-made. (00:21:34) Human beings are limited. They're (00:21:37) biased. They're driven by desire. They (00:21:40) are driven by (00:21:43) they're driven by the they're driven by (00:21:47) personal interests and by power and (00:21:50) wealth and everchanging social trends. (00:21:55) When freedom is not restrained by the (00:21:58) Quran and Sunnah, the inevitable outcome (00:22:02) is a nation of filth. Just like the (00:22:05) nations that adopt secularism in (00:22:07) democracy, wherever they may be. (00:22:13) The creator Allah alone knows what truly (00:22:18) beffits his creation. (00:22:22) A system (00:22:24) not governed by the guidance and laws (00:22:27) from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is a (00:22:30) system that breeds people worse than (00:22:33) animals. (00:22:35) people whose desires have replaced the (00:22:38) command of their creator. (00:22:41) Allah subhana wa ta'ala gave the world a (00:22:44) glimpse to see how they are. He laid (00:22:48) bare their true faces. A bunch of (00:22:54) rapists and murderers of children. Never (00:22:59) in the history (00:23:01) have Muslims been massacred (00:23:04) as they are in this era where democracy (00:23:08) dominates. (00:23:12) When it comes to Islam, (00:23:14) their ideology reveals its true face. (00:23:18) It's built on and violence. (00:23:22) History will always remember and the (00:23:24) Muslims will always remember that (00:23:26) democracy is written in the blood of (00:23:29) Gaza's children. And that's just only (00:23:32) one [clears throat] of their many (00:23:34) massacres. (00:23:36) One of the many massacres in the era of (00:23:38) democracy. (00:23:40) Never has the earth seen an age more (00:23:44) polluted in manners and morals (00:23:49) than the age of democracy as well. (00:23:52) If the people of Loot once engaged in (00:23:56) same-sex relations, (00:23:58) then on top of that, today (00:24:01) in the democratic era, they no longer (00:24:05) know their genders. (00:24:28) That's only the tip of the iceberg. (00:24:32) This is what Allah subhana t exposed (00:24:34) about certain entities and individuals. (00:24:38) The hidden depths of their filth is far (00:24:42) greater. (00:24:43) What's truly astonishing is that some (00:24:46) Muslims seem surprised by this. What did (00:24:51) you expect? (00:24:53) Did you think that just because he's (00:24:56) clean shaven and wearing a suit, he's (00:24:58) pure with his shik and man-made laws and (00:25:01) his desires? (00:25:04) Have you not read the Quran? (00:25:06) When one's life and laws and habits are (00:25:10) guided by their desires, can the result (00:25:14) ever be anything but corruption? (00:25:32) This is true of everyone who bows to (00:25:34) democracy in secularism in man-made laws (00:25:38) and desires. (00:25:42) You see him who takes his own lust and (00:25:46) desires as an (00:25:49) their desires (00:25:50) are their laws. They took him as lords. (00:26:00) Allah subhana wa ta'ala knowing their (00:26:02) condition left them astray because (00:26:05) they're unworthy of guidance because of (00:26:07) what Allah knows of them. He sealed (00:26:10) their ears and hearts and revealed their (00:26:12) sight. (00:26:14) Their hearts and their eyes and their (00:26:18) ears seem human. They look human. (00:26:22) But they're not. (00:26:26) And Allahh said (00:26:47) we have destined many jin in humans for (00:26:50) jannam. (00:26:52) They have hearts. They have hearts. They (00:26:55) look human. They have hearts. They don't (00:26:57) understand with those hearts. They have (00:26:59) eyes. They don't see with them. They (00:27:02) have ears. They don't hear with them. (00:27:05) They're like cattle. In fact, they're (00:27:07) worse. (00:27:09) They're less guided. (00:27:11) They're heedless. (00:27:14) How can you be surprised by their filth (00:27:18) when Allah subhana wa ta'ala tells us (00:27:22) that those driven by their desires are (00:27:25) worse than cattle whether in their (00:27:28) personal lives or in their secularist (00:27:31) systems. (00:27:34) Worse than them are those who claim to (00:27:37) be from this ummah. (00:27:39) the ones from this um or claim to be (00:27:42) from this um yet they abandon the (00:27:44) beautiful perfect system (00:27:47) of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala for a (00:27:50) corrupt system like theirs. (00:27:54) Animals don't have a choice or (00:27:56) understanding but they still make good (00:27:59) decisions. They try to avoid what harms (00:28:02) them and they try to chase what benefits (00:28:05) them. They look for the best food. Those (00:28:08) who live by their desires are worse than (00:28:10) animals. They forsake what benefits them (00:28:13) and they chase what harms them. That's (00:28:15) why they're worse than animals. (00:28:18) Their concern, the animals concern is (00:28:20) eating, drinking, and desires. These (00:28:23) people who think they're human beings, (00:28:25) their concern is eating, drinking, and (00:28:27) desires. (00:28:30) But they can't see what benefits them (00:28:32) and what harms them. Unlike animals, (00:28:35) animals follow their owner and they show (00:28:37) loyalty to their owner. These people, (00:28:41) the people of desire, the ones who (00:28:43) follow their desire, the ones who take (00:28:45) their desire as a lord, (00:28:48) they rebel against their owner and they (00:28:51) defy him. Allah (00:28:53) animals believe while many humans (00:28:55) disbelieve. And that's why Allah said (00:29:02) when you witness such hatred toward the (00:29:06) laws of Allahh (00:29:08) when you see them rise in protest (00:29:10) against it when they oppose it in every (00:29:13) way when they want to burn the Quran (00:29:15) when they hate the Sharia you're seeing (00:29:18) the hearts of the corrupt they're doing (00:29:22) it because they're people who choose a (00:29:25) life of vice (00:29:26) They want to be like Epstein and their (00:29:28) president and the leaders and entities (00:29:31) that Allah subhana t exposed. Allah (00:29:34) subhana t wants them to embrace humanity (00:29:37) but they stubbornly cling to being worse (00:29:40) than animals. So they hate the shar they (00:29:43) hate the Quran that will make them human (00:29:46) beings that will elevate them to the (00:29:48) status of human beings. When freedom is (00:29:51) separated from to Allah, it becomes a (00:29:54) gate to corruption. (00:29:57) In Islam, freedom is disciplined. (00:30:00) Islam frees human beings from to desires (00:30:04) and people. Islam binds one to Allah (00:30:09) subhana wa ta'ala alone. And that's true (00:30:12) freedom. Freedom without the guidance of (00:30:15) Allah subhana wa ta'ala and without the (00:30:17) limits of Allah subhana ta plunges (00:30:19) people into immorality. It leads to a (00:30:23) life worse than the life of the animals. (00:30:29) This is what you see in their democratic (00:30:32) countries, in their secularist countries (00:30:36) and those who blindly idolize them from (00:30:39) the so-called Muslims. (00:30:42) When humans legislate for for (00:30:45) themselves, (00:30:47) they destroy their lives.
